About Spring Pet Products

Spring Pet Products creates veterinary rehab products designed to support senior, disabled, and recovering dogs, while also helping young and healthy dogs build strength and prevent injury. We focus on simple, effective solutions that make movement easier and safer for the dogs you love and who need a little extra help.

Meet Enzo

Enzo is the heart behind Spring Pet Products. When he lost his leg to osteosarcoma, we searched for products that could support his recovery and ongoing mobility. Local options were limited; the quality and functionality were not what South African pets needed or deserved. So we began building our own solutions.

Founded in 2024, Spring Pet Products was born from a deep love for animals, shaped by years of global business experience, and guided by the insight of South Africa’s leading veterinary physiotherapists. Together we created a wish list of rehab tools that were either unavailable or prohibitively expensive in the local market.

What followed was months of research, testing, and refinement. Our goal isn’t quick profits, it’s better access to quality products that improve the lives of injured, disabled, and aging dogs. If a product falls short, or materials aren’t of the highest quality, we return to the drawing board, because “good enough” isn’t good enough for your best friend.

Enzo isn’t with us anymore, but his legacy lives on; in every product, every steadier step, and every tail that wags with confidence once lost, all because of what he inspired.

What Guides our Work

Dogs rely on their bodies to communicate, explore, and stay connected to their world. When mobility changes, everything changes. Our products are designed to support that transition with tools that are safe, ergonomic, and rooted in real canine biomechanics.

We work closely with veterinary physiotherapists through design, prototyping, and testing. This ensures each product supports natural movement and sensory feedback instead of impairing it. Quality materials prevent the common issues that poorly designed mobility aids can create such as chafe, gait disruption, fungal irritation, or pressure points.

How our Products Help

Mobility challenges can arise from aging, injury, surgery, or simple wear and tear. Our products are designed to make those challenges easier to navigate.

• They help reduce compensatory strain.

• They support safer recovery after surgery.

• They prevent slipping related injuries on smooth floors.

• They restore a dog’s confidence as they relearn movement.

• They offer affordable, effective support for families who want proactive care.
