Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

  • Order Processing
    All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (Monday–Friday), using the shipping method you selected at checkout.

  • Shipping Times
    Once the order has been processed, we ship from Cape Town, with an estimated shipping time of 1-5 business days. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

  • Shipping Delays
    If, for any reason, there’s a delay in processing your order (e.g. courier disruptions or high order volumes), we’ll reach out to you directly via email.

  • Out of Stock Items
    If an item you ordered is out of stock, you’ll receive an automatic refund for that item. No further action is needed on your part.

  • Shipping Area
    We currently ship within South Africa. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read our return guidelines carefully:

  • No-Slip-Grips: Final Sale Once Opened
    Due to hygiene reasons, once opened, No-Slip-Grips cannot be returned or exchanged, even if unused.

  • Wrong Size Ordered?
    If you ordered the incorrect size, you may return UNOPENED No-Slip-Grips for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Return Shipping Costs
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error or arrives damaged.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

If No-Slip-Grips are unopened, to initiate a return or exchange, contact us here with your order number, reason for return, and whether you’d prefer a refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If an exchange was requested, we’ll send your replacement once the returned item is confirmed unopened and in resalable condition.
