SMALL
Suitable for small breed dogs whose healthy weight is 3 - 8 kg.
Toenail circumference 13-15mm.
MEDIUM
Suitable for medium breed dogs whose healthy weight is 8 - 18 kg.
Toenail circumference 16-19mm.
LARGE
Suitable for large breed dogs whose healthy weight is 18 - 34 kg.
Toenail circumference 20-23mm.
XLARGE
Suitable for x-large breed dogs whose healthy weight is 34 - 45 kg.
Toenail circumference 24-27mm.
HOW TO MEASURE TOENAIL CIRCUMFERENCE
Take a piece of dental floss and gently wrap it around one of your dog’s middle front toenails.
Mark the point where the floss overlaps using a pen or marker.
Unwrap the floss. You’ll see two marks.
Measure the distance between the marks to find your dog’s toenail circumference.
Instructions
- Trim your dog’s toenails & the fur between their pads.
- Soak the grips for a few minutes in surgical spirits for hygeine & lubrication.
- Stretch open one side of the grip. In cooler weather, you may want to roll the No-Slip-Grips around in your hand to warm them up and make them more pliable.
- Hold your dog’s toenail stable & stretch the edge of the grip over the tip of their nail. Then wiggle the No-Slip-Grip over your dog’s nail using your fingers & fingernails.
- The No-Slip-Grip should sit securely on your dog’s nail, with the tip of their nail sticking out of the end of the grip. The grip should make contact with the floor when your dog is standing. It should not touch the toe itself.
