Spring Pet Products is a South African-based company that offers tools and accessories to support senior, disabled, or recovering pets. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Product Information
We do our best to describe products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all descriptions, images, or prices are entirely accurate, complete, current, or error-free. If you receive a product that does not match its description, you may request a return in line with our return policy.
4. Orders and Payments
4.1. Placing an Order
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not signify our acceptance of your order—it simply confirms that we have received it. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion.
4.2. Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment methods via Shopify Payments and/or Bob Pay.
4.3. Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If this occurs, we will notify you and provide a full refund.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship throughout South Africa. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are outlined at checkout. While we do our best to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
6. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. If the product is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping costs are your responsibility. To initiate a return, contact us here.
